Pursuant to articles 8, 15 and 16 of Federal Mexican Law for the Protection of Personal Data regarding natural persons, we hereby inform you that Blue Caribe de México S de RL de CV is responsible for the gathering of your personal data, their relative use and protection.

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes: to provide the services and products requested, inform you of new services or products related to those already negotiated or purchased, inform you of any changes, carry out studies and programming necessary to determine consumer habits, carry out periodical evaluation of our products and services with a view to improving quality, assess the quality of the service offered and, in general, comply with the obligations that we have undertaken with you, carry out market research for marketing, advertising and/or commercial survey purposes.

For the purposes above, we require the following personal data:

Consent to the processing of personal data is considered as granted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policy when: the data subject does not express any opposition, when they show interest in participating in marketing and/or company image promotions from BLUE CARIBE, and/or when they have a current legal relationship with the data controller.

The personal data of the data subject may be sent to national or foreign entities with which the data controller has stipulated contracts or agreements; therefore, said entities will always have the role of data processors (in accordance with the definition of said term as per section 9 of article 3 of the Federal Mexican Law on the protection of personal data held by private entities) for the processing of personal data and must respect the provisions of the policy.

It is stressed that the user has the right to access, rectify and demand erasure of their personal data, to oppose processing of the same, and to revoke the consent granted for said purpose.
